Because of our status in the United States, our reimbursement services are an extremely important part of what we do. Our patients benefit from the number of pricing agreements and national contracts we currently have with insurance carriers. That includes over 40 pricing agreements and four national contracts.
Our reimbursement services include pre certifications / pre authorizations, claim management, and policies that deal with patients with financial hardship. ODI staff is available during business hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm ET, five days a week to handle issues relating to coordination of insurance benefits.
